EDISTO BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA
One of our favorite places to visit in our home state is Edisto Island, one of the few uncommercialized beaches in South Carolina. A quiet, family island, it is a paradise for bird watchers. There are a multitude of shore and island birds that we enjoy each time we go. The short recording below was early morning, low tide in October, 2010.
